Our family of four enjoyed a delightful stay at Komatsu Residences. the property's design was stunning, offering a peaceful break from the tourist crowds. the warm welcome and personal touches from the owners made us feel at home. the well-kept suite with a mix of futon and twin beds suited us perfectly. Laundry facilities in the room were a bonus, and the location near shrines and a grocery store was ideal.
Strongly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was fantastic and friendly and overlooked a courtyard. the venue has a fantastic and stunning location just off restaurants and shopping, in a quiet residential area, and near Yasaka Shrine. - We booked an apartment and appreciated it. - the presence of an oven, kitchenware, and a washing machine were a plus. - the staff was helpful and couldn't ask for more.

The staff at this hotel were very friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The location was excellent, close to shops and famous streets, yet tucked away in a quiet residential area. Inside our room, there was plenty of space and it was well-furnished with various amenities. The futons and tatami mats were incredibly comfortable to sleep on.
We could hear footsteps from the apartment above us, which could be quite loud at times. The lack of local TV channels on the TV was a disappointment, as we were hoping to experience some local programming.
